Meet the Designer
Shayna’s journey in design began in Northern Italy, where the rich culture and architecture offered endless inspiration. Her early career in the restaurant industry sharpened her managerial skills and deepened her understanding of functional design and flow.
In the early 2000s, Shayna became the design lead and project manager for a renowned builder in Fairfield County. She was responsible for selecting finishes and overseeing the installation of kitchens, baths, and other high-end custom work. Her creativity, combined with years of experience working alongside top trade professionals, led her to establish her own construction management team.
Shayna has successfully managed projects in new and historic homes, condos, and apartments. Over the past decade, much of her work has come through repeat clients and referrals—a testament to her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
When she’s not immersed in her work, Shayna enjoys traveling, spending time with her three daughters, and caring for her six Shih Tzu pups.
